Set directly on the beach, with the sound of the waves in the background and the sea breeze around you, The Sea Experience invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, relaxation and presence.

Designed as a weekend ritual by the sea, these experiences combine yoga, mindful movement and sound healing to help you recharge, restore your energy and return to yourself.

Whether you choose to join us at sunset, sunrise, or both, each session offers a unique opportunity to experience the healing rhythm of the sea while caring for your body and mind.

Sunset Session – Saturday

Move, Breathe & Unwind

Yoga for Stress Relief & Gong Bath

As the sun begins to set over the sea, we move through a gentle yet deeply effective yoga practice designed to release tension from the body, calm the nervous system and create space for relaxation.

The session concludes with an immersive Gong Bath, allowing the vibrations of sound to guide you into a state of deep rest and restoration.
