Saturday, March 14th, you are warmly invited to a heart-centered Yoga, Sound Healing & Community Brunch, where movement, sound healing, and shared nourishment come together in the spirit of community and connection.
We believe deeply in the power of coming together. In a world filled with speed, expectations, and constant stimulation, it becomes easy to disconnect from the body, silence the heart, and push through rather than listen. Periods of transition, change, stress, or uncertainty can leave us feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from ourselves and even from those around us.
When we gather with intention, something shifts. Connection becomes medicine. By sharing space, practices, stories, and presence, we begin to inspire one another, learn from one another’s experiences, and remember that each path holds wisdom. Community offers mirrors, fresh perspectives, and the quiet reassurance that we are not alone in what we feel, dream, or move through.
This welcoming gathering is rooted in acceptance. You are invited to come exactly as you are, without needing to fix, improve, or perform. There is no expectation to arrive with answers. Instead, we create a supportive space to explore our relationship with ourselves and gently question what self-love truly means beyond concepts or ideals.
Self-love is often spoken about, yet rarely embodied. Together, we explore how self-love lives in the body, the nervous system, and our daily choices—how it shows up in times of change, in how we rest, receive support, set boundaries, and allow ourselves to be seen. Through shared presence and awareness, we soften judgment and cultivate a more compassionate, honest relationship with ourselves.
From this intention, we begin our journey together.
We begin with an introduction to our theme, followed by conscious movement, somatic practices, meditation, breathwork, and Sound Healing, gently releasing stress, calming the nervous system, and creating space to open the heart.
Blending Yoga (Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin) with somatic awareness and sound healing, this experience supports inner balance, resilience, and emotional clarity.After the practices, we gather over a nourishing vegetarian brunch, simple, wholesome, and grounding supporting integration and replenishment.
Through relaxed conversation, we connect, share what inspires us, and create space for meaningful exchange, insight, and inspiration to unfold.Self-love grows through connection, through being seen, heard, and supported, and through witnessing the courage and authenticity of others. Together, we create a field where growth feels safer, inspiration flows more freely, and change becomes something we can meet with greater trust and openness.
